Charlotte Arter 2023
Charlotte Arter is a professional athlete for ASICS. She has represented Great Britain at various events, from European Cross Country Championships, to the World Half Marathon Championships. Being a modest junior athlete, Charlotte steadily improved over the years and gained her first Great Britain vest at the age of 21. Since then, she has many accolades to her name – a former British 10,000m and Park Run World Record Holder, as well as aiding Great Britain to win gold at the European Cross Country Championships, finishing 7th individually. Her PBs are 5k 15.25, 10k 31.26 and half marathon 69.40.
Charlotte is also an experienced sports massage therapist based in Bristol. She is a Level 4 sports massage therapist and graduated UWIC in 2012 in BSc (Hons) Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. She has worked in many different settings, but her main specialism and passion is working with runners, and with years of both running and massage experience, she has a lot to offer to help runners in Bristol!
