Vicky Welsh from Lets Walk Bristol is one of England’s most experienced Nordic walking instructors – a fitness activity inspired by cross-country skiing – and has studied the art of walking (yes there’s a technique) in detail. With a background as a runner and 15 years’ knowledge Vicky will bring a fresh perspective and show you how walking right can help you run stronger, faster, and injury-free.
