She works predominantly with endurance athletes from new runners to professional athletes. Rachel supports her clients by providing tailored support with practical strategies to optimise their everyday nutrition and fuel for performance. In her spare time Rachel enjoys trail running and cycling. Rachel will be presenting in the Ask The Expert area.
