This unique Tamara Miller workshop is designed to help you restore natural foot health, improve mobility, and move with more freedom – whether you’re a runner, spend long hours at a desk, or simply want to feel better in your body. The key to better movement, less pain, and greater performance starts with your feet.
Together, we’ll explore simple, effective exercises for foot, ankle, and hip mobility, balance, and natural movement – all in a fun and relaxed way. No equipment is needed: just show up as you are, move, reset, and leave feeling refreshed.
If you’ve ever experienced shin pain, tight calves, achy knees, low arches, or bunions, this session may be exactly what your body has been asking for. While I can’t promise a cure, I know from personal experience – and from coaching others – that small, consistent changes in how we move can make a big difference.
Expect a lighthearted, practical session you can take with you – exercises you can do solo or even with a partner to support long-term strength, mobility, and pain-free movement.
