The Bristol Running Show brings together coaches, teachers, adventurers and storytellers who live and breathe running in all its forms. This year’s programme blends movement, breath, technique, recovery, mindset and the deeper “why” behind running. Whether you’re new to running or many years into your journey, you’ll find sessions designed to inspire, support and energise you.
