Yoga for Runners offers a gentle, supportive way to ease tightness, improve mobility and reconnect with your body. In this session, Lisa Marie guides a breath‑led practice that blends mindful movement, somatic awareness and gentle strength to help runners move with greater ease and stability. Her approach supports both physical recovery and a calmer, more grounded running experience, offering simple tools that extend beyond the mat.

Lisa Marie is a Yoga Alliance registered 500-hour yoga teacher, offering classes and workshops across South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset. She has completed extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Multi-Style Yoga, Yin, Restorative and Somatics, studying in both the UK and India.

Her teaching is grounded in creating inclusive, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies and move with greater awareness and ease. Lisa’ Marie’s approach weaves together breath-led movement, gentle strength and nervous system awareness to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Lisa Marie has experience working in collaboration with organisations including Wellspring Settlement Surgery and South Gloucestershire Council, delivering community-focused wellbeing sessions that are accessible to a wide range of individuals.

Alongside her yoga teaching, Lisa Marie is also a lifestyle health and wellbeing coach, with a strong interest in how yoga can complement everyday life. She is passionate about offering simple, sustainable tools that extend beyond the mat.

For this Yoga for runners session, Lisa Marie will guide a practice designed to help you integrate breath and movement in a natural and intuitive way, supporting greater ease in the body and exploring how the breath can enhance movement and stability.
