Guest Speaker – Claire Callaghan

Claire CallaghanClaire Callaghan logoClaire has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 25 years, specialising in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy for women and girls. She works with runners of all ages and abilities, from beginners through to international and Olympic sprinters, middle distance and marathon runners.

In recent times, she has worked closely with the award winning This Mum Runs group, both advising and featuring on their app. Claire regularly shares her knowledge through her website, social media, and workshops to empower women and girls, helping them to move well, prevent and manage injuries and reach their full potential.

Claire will be giving a talk titled: “Women’s running, ageing and arthritis”
