Her approach to training has two main pillars: function and fun. As a Running Coach and Personal Trainer she helps runners with a wide range experiences, from complete beginners to seasoned marathoners. Besides running, her sessions incorporate strength training and chatty miles where the plan, progress, and training & lifestyle choices and options are discussed.
