Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) was founded in 1991 by Eddie and Jill Farwell and since then has been caring for children and young people by providing children’s hospice and professional family support services.

CHSW offers hospice breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 wonderful children’s hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

CHSW offers specialist palliative and hospice care for the whole family, a sibling support service for brothers and sisters, emergency support, end of life care and a bereavement service.

Whether you are an aspiring or seasoned runner our race calendar has something for everyone, run for us and help us to make the most of short and precious lives. Are you are ready for a challenge? Our race calendar features events from 5 to 100 miles.
