My local, park-based running and strengthening classes are a friendly and fun way to encourage mums and children to become more active and incorporate exercise into their lives. I also run lunchtime HIIT classes in Bristol City Centre. These 30 minute intense workouts are a quick fit-blast for office workers, with enough time to shower and get back to the desk recharged and raring to go.
Living a healthy life is often seen as time consuming, expensive and unattainable. JumpStart is changing this.
