Originally from Brazil, I moved to Wales at a young age where I faced bullying and struggled with anxiety and confidence. Despite the challenges, staying active became my lifeline. It wasn’t until my thirties that I found my passion for running and cycling after a wakeup call from a sudden loss in my family. This led me to pursue a complete change in career and join the fitness industry. It’s not just about physical fitness – it’s about overcoming obstacles and empowering yourself along the way.

My training sessions are tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. Whether you’re striving to improve your running pace, build strength to prevent injuries, want to have fun with boxing drills or achieve weight-related goals, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
