Jane Rogers – JumpStart Food and Fitness
Pint-sized PT Jane, is a Personal Trainer and runs JumpStart Food and Fitness – a social enterprise in Bristol.
Working 1-1 and running city centre bootcamps, she trains women to love their bodies inside and out, feel stronger, and live pain-free, happy and healthy lives. Her natural habitat is parks, garages, living rooms… wherever her clients love to train! Jane also runs funded fitness and nutrition projects with families who live in Bristol’s inner city tower blocks. Her teams work in four locations, helping the poorest communities in our city to get fit and healthy, increasing life chances and life expectancies – in the green spaces right where they live.
