Dan Summers 2023

We are are delighted to welcome Dan Summers  back to the Show for 2023. Dan is a passionate road, trail, fell and mountain runner. He is a Mountain Leader, England Athletics Fell Running Leader and INWA Nordic Walking Instructor. He’s completed a variety of long-distance challenges including the Bob Graham and the Paddy Buckley Rounds under 24 hours. Dan loves to pass on the skills and techniques he has learnt to others and offers courses in Night Running, Using Poles, Navigation, and Hill Technique.  Dan will be talking about the basics of navigation to help you get to the finish line of your challenge.
