Women's Health Workshop and Coffee MorningJo is a personal trainer and life coach in training. She is a strong advocate of everyone incorporating resistance training into their lifestyle and habits. Jo has a passion for coaching and working with people of all abilities and particularly those that are new to strength and resistance training. Her priority is that you achieve your goals and feel happier, stronger, more confident and accomplished in your training. Jo is also a qualified Girls Gone Strong Pre and Post Natal Coach. Jo has been resistance training for over 10 years, is a keen runner and has previously coached at a local club.
